Cole Schlesner Updates

Cole Schlesner is a 14 year old 8th grader at Loveland Middle School. He loves the game of baseball, and has played ball every season since he was 5 years old. For the past four years he's been a player for the Cincinnati STIX 14U travel baseball team. His father Scott is the President of Loveland Youth Baseball.

On Sunday, May 17th Cole was pitching and was struck in the head by a line drive hit. He was air-lifted to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and immediately had surgery to relieve the increased pressure from his skull. He was then placed in a drug-induced coma for several days to assist in the healing process. So far he has been making steady progress on his long journey towards a full recovery.

For updates on Cole’s recovery, please visit www.carepages.com and type in Cole4 in the search engine to see Cole's updates and send a message.

In addition, a non-profit organization called “Play for 4” has been started. They are holding a charity golf outing on July 27th at Oasis Golf Club in Loveland. For a registration form or more information about the organization and how you can help, please visit www.playfor4.org.
